IBM Data Analytics Capstone Project.
1) This 4-pane dashboard dynamically displays data on the current data science job market in IBM Cognos Analytics. Users were able to click on sections of the world or specific demographics to switch up the scale at which they viewed the information, helping create a more cohesive stakeholder experience.
The Context.
To further establish my credibility in data analytics, I completed the International Business Machine's (IBM's) Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
The Problem.
While training, I was given a final capstone project that required me to research today's job market for in-demand skills related to software development and data science roles.
The Solution.
With the help of IBM Cognos Analytics, I dynamically generated 4 dashboards to help IBM employees critiquing my work to understand the data being presented to them.
The Outcome.
Throughout the program, I analyzed over 3,200,000 data points from 9 data warehouses of information. Being the largest volume of data I've ever worked with, this experience taught me how to story-tell and present through noisy data.
